A Simple Technique for Manifesting Money and Anything Else You Desire!

Julia Williams
I want to share with you a manifestation technique that will assist you in creating everything you dream of having in your life, and more. I know from experience that it really works. Of course, you have to first embrace the belief that you are the sole creator of your life's experiences, that things do not "just happen" to you, and that there is no such thing as coincidences. For some, this is a tall order. Others, particularly the spiritual seekers of the world, have no problem with this concept. That's not to say a skeptical person couldn't still successfully create the things they desire using this manifesting technique. They could, but those who already believe in their own power as creators will see results much more quickly.

Before trying the manifestation technique I'll explain a bit later, it's helpful if you have a basic understanding of the universal Law of Attraction. Understanding the ancient theory behind how we draw to us everything in our lives (the bad as well as the good) will thereby give this manifestation technique ten times more power.

The Law of Attraction contends that "like attracts like, by our thoughts and feelings." What this means is that whatever images we focus on, whatever books we read, how we choose to see ourselves and our surroundings, all of these thoughts create feelings. And because we are essentially spiritual beings who exist as densified energy, i.e., in a human body, the feelings act as a magnetic force, drawing to us a matching vibration.

So to be successful at manifesting your dreams and desires, you must focus on the emotion of it. You must access the feelings of your desire, by asking "What is the emotion I have, what is the passion and the life force of my desire?" You contemplate the emotional aspect of it, and as you do so, in keeping with the Law of Attraction the cells of your body begin to respond. Creation of your dreams and desires begins when you are able tap into that (emotional) sense of yourself.

When you sit down to consciously manifest your dreams, you will of course be visualizing with pictures or words, but to create them you must find the emotion. The power is in the emotion, and once you can feel the emotion, then you begin to draw to you what you want.

Let's say you wish to manifest money. To get to the feeling, you might imagine you are standing in a field and money is raining down all around you, or you walk into a room and money is everywhere (and these are just examples-you will discover your own visualizations for finding the emotion). What feeling does having lots of money create for you? It might be joy, freedom, peace, security...whatever it is, that emotion is where you'll find the power to create it. What does it feel like in your body? And where in your body do you feel these emotions and sensations?

The best time to do the manifestation technique that follows is immediately after meditation. You are already in a state of quiet contemplation and closer to your emotional self. If you don't meditate, then it's important to find a time when you can sit quietly by yourself for at least ten minutes, with no interruptions. Do some deep breathing and relaxation, and then begin to focus on tapping into the emotion of whatever it is you wish to create.

Once you have a "lock" on the feeling, do the following manifesting exercise:

1. Raise your hands above head, fingers touching.

2. Keep focusing on the feeling of what you want to manifest.

3. On the in-breath, chant the sound, "hummmmm"

4. On the outbreath, bring your hands down and chant the sound, "sowwwwwww," while placing your left hand palm up and against your body by your navel, while the right hand (palm down) pushes outward from the body at the same level (the navel).

Do this manifesting technique three times in a row, once daily for two weeks, and you should begin to see results.

Happy manifesting!
