A Simple Workout for Brides

Doc Watson
Every bride wants to look stunning on her wedding day. Unfortunately, when considering all the planning and preparations that must be taken prior to a wedding, one realizes that working out can often be seem less important and even be excluded, and having a full time job on top of all that certainly does not help much. So all in all, as much as a brides wants to look and feel incredible, the road she must take to getting there can be difficult to take or even get started on.

Luckily, getting into get shape can be done with out spending multiple hours at gym, running, swimming or any other timely way commonly associated with becoming fit. Working out at home via weight training is perfect for getting toned and tight in a relatively short amount of time.

An important thing to remember when weight training is every couple of weeks the routine needs to be changed up in order for the workout to reach many parts of your body resulting in an equally proportioned and fit body.

The simple work out only requiring twenty minutes a day, three-four time a week consists of the following:

20-30 Push ups-Push ups should be done at a medium pace, with a straight back, and low enough that the nose almost touches the floor.

Jump Rope-For a least one minute, any rope will do. Reach a steady jumping pattern and have fun. Again, a least one minute, but the longer you go, the better.

15-20 Dumbbell Rows-For those unfamiliar with these, you simply grab the appropriately weighted dumbbell, lean over onto a bench supporting yourself with one hand while the other lift the dumbbell up towards the ribs.

15-20 Lateral Raises-Simply stand with legs together and dumbbells in both hands. Slowly lift until arms are level with shoulders.

15-20 Plie Squats-With dumbbells in hand, get in the squating position and place dumbbells on legs. Squat down slowly and back up again for one whole plie squat.

Be sure to rotate the order in which you do each exercise often. Once uncomfortable, try throwing in one or two extra simple exercises to increase your fitness and tone. In addition to getting into better shape, working out while planning a wedding and holding a job will help in relieving stress that can potentially worsen health. Also, don't be afraid to add a few minutes as you do the workout more and more.
