Do your children hate vegetables? Try this recipe and your children may be asking you to make this again and again.
You will need, 2 young zucchini squash, 2 cookie sheets, aluminum foil, cooking spray, Miracle Whip or mayonnaise (your preference) and Parmesan cheese
Prepare the cookie sheets by covering with aluminum foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray for easy removal of the squash. Slice the squash into about 1/4" slices and place the slices on the cookie sheets, edges touching. Spread the tops of the zucchini slices with Miracle Whip or mayonnaise (your preference) and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown. Remove from oven, put them on a plate or platter, and serve.
