A Sixties Costume is a Fun One This Year

When you are planning your Halloween fun you will need to make sure that you have a great costume idea. If you have been thinking of one that is relatively easy, but yet a lot of fun then you should dress up like the sixties. This costume will not cost you much to make and you will be able to do it very quickly. You will also look hysterical so others will really appreciate your creativity.

For this costume you will need to look through your closet. Find some clothing that looks like the sixties. Jeans and frilly shirts are great for this costume. You want put flowers in your hair and wear minimal makeup. Sandals will top of the outfit to make your look like you are part of the sixties crowd.

If you want to carry some props with you then a great one is a guitar. You can also carry a tambourine if you like. The fun of this costume is that you can usually find all that you need right there in your home. You will not have to buy anything for this costume.

If you have a funny wig then you might want to wear that, too. Long, straight hair was popular in the sixties. You will look great with just a little bit of time and a few items from your closet.

Halloween is such a fun time of the year. If you are planning to throw your own party this year, then make sure that you have all of the supplies. Decorate well inside and outside your home because you will want others to feel the excitement of the holiday.

Don't forget to have great music playing and that you have plenty for your guests to eat and drink. Always have more than you need, just in case unplanned guests arrive. A party is always fun, so have that camera ready to take some good pictures of all the different costumes that your guests wear.

This Halloween will surely be a lot of fun. Make sure that you do as much as you can to take in all the festivities during this time of the year. You don't want to miss any of it and you want to show off your costume as much as you can. After all, this is the time of the year when you can dress up and be whatever you want to be.
