A New Social Knowledge Networking Site TipDrop

Rebecca Furtado
If you follow someone on a topic of interest on Twitter, but you stopped because you really were not after information on how they walk their dog, or think of their great Aunt Hilda then you might want to try this new social knowledge sharing site called Tip Drop. It is like twitter in that you can follow folks of interest and they can follow you back, but there is important difference.

There is really a practical reason to post on Tip Drop and read Tip Drop because you can get practical advice on every day things, like how to save on auto insurance or remove dog urine from your carpet. You will not have to read a long how to post or sort through a multi tip blog to be directed to some promotional product. The tips are short and sweet and a rating system will give you some idea about the tipsters' reliability.

It is an interactive site and people can rate the tip up or down. You can also find more than one prespective as on Tip Drop people add their tips to a tip sheet on a given topic. You can look for the crème de la crème; of practice advice. I have used a number of the tips on saving money on this site and consult it before I go shop for a specific product. It is just for me one more tool in the arsenal of consumer knowledge I use to save money from people who know the average Jill or Joe.

You can make a few pennies on Tip Drop as well. If you're a guru at removing mold from tile you can share your knowledge and make a few dollars. Tip Drop is a monetized site that uses Ad sense to make revenue and they will share a generous percentage, up to 75% with contributors. They also let you post your links to your how to blogs on your contributor page. This does not mean you can spam Tip Drop with miracle hair growth formulas you are promoting. If a tip drops in credibility it automatically disappears from the tip sheet when it reaches below

Tip Drop is frees to join and now you can contribute video tip as well as micro blog articles. Contributors when they sign up can publish right away and vote in the community. All tipsters have complete control of the tip sheets they contribute. You can delete a tip you think is dropping in credibility and hurting your overall credibility score. Visit Tip Drop at http://tipdrop.com/Becca1962 and share your unique tips to remove grape juice from good table linens without having to tell us what you ate for lunch.

Tip Drop is just something in addition to Twitter you can use for practical knowledge and share practical knowledge. It is also a good way to find out more in-depth information that is focused to your need of the moment. Many contributors have links to sites that they are expert contributors to. In the future when you need used car advice you will really know where to go for good advice.
