A Soul Winners Prayer Guide by Matthew Maddix

A Must-Read for Apostolic Ministry

Viktorya Hale
The closest thing to God is the passion and love for others. Soul winning, I have always heard, is the heartbeat of God. When you love people and you love the Lord, what you know about Him won't be kept secret. That is why it is very important that we as Apostolics continue walking in the faith as close to the Lord as we can be. Without God, we cannot win souls. With God, we should win souls.

Perhaps you are frustrated with outreach or you have just started your ministry and you want to learn all there is about outreach and soul winning? To come into contact with a man who has been winning souls over 18 years, has the time to teach you how and who has the tools for hands on, is the best blessing any aspiring soul winner can have. Just put it this way, you will look nowhere else.

Some of us Apostolic soul winners pray the same prayers about reaching the lost on a day to day basis. We ask the Lord for wisdom and guidance. I know, for me, that it is not by chance that I met Matthew Maddix. I know that the Lord put him in my path. Perhaps the Lord has even put this article before you! Maybe you need something revolutionary to enhance your soul winning prayer life and relationship with God?

That was me. It is why I am glad that I have the perfect Prayer Guide for Soul Winners. Once you pick it up, you will love each page and praying for souls without passion will become a thing of the past. He starts us out with Step 1 and Praise and Thanksgiving. This is definitely something that I have always found which gets the attention of God. I was amazed at how each page gave us a list of examples of things to be thankful of. Then there are scriptures on Thanksgiving and praise.

As I turned each page, I could feel the presence of the Lord. The anointing is powerful in this prayer guide. It doesn't stop with thanksgiving and praise, but the next step isn't even jumping into prayer just yet, either. Step 2 takes you to Psalm 51 and Repentance. Again there is a list with several scriptures about repentance. He uses the KJV or the NKJV Bible when quoting scripture.

Throughout the book, there are several steps about praying and what to pray for. Included was Spiritual Warfare and even Praying in Tongues, at the end. I was overwhelmed at the presence of the Lord in the end of the Prayer Guide that I prayed in tongues like I had never done before. I knew that each page and step had been ordered by the Lord.

There is no way that any Outreach Director, Pastor, Youth Director, Evangelist or any soul winner should be without the Soul Winner's Prayer Guide. I am so impressed at the anointing in it, I am making it a part of my daily prayer life.
