Walk With The Elephants
When you want to walk with the elephants you will be able to do so on a 2 ½ hour walk through the forest. See the elephants up close and walk alongside them. This is a great experience, so have your camera handy to get plenty of great pictures of you and your group hanging out with the elephants.
The Cango Caves
There are two great tours that you can take of the Cango Caves. The Cango Caves consist of three different caverns. There is a one-hour guided tour that will take you through the first six sections of the cases. Another great tour is the 90 minute one that will give you a real workout. For this tour you will need to be in good physical condition because it is a lot more strenuous than the one-hour tour.
Monkeyland
Monkeyland belongs to the Touch A Monkey's Heart Foundation and is a guided experience where you will get to see the monkeys in a forest environment. Your guide will give you lots of great information about the monkeys and their behaviors. This is a fun way to spend a couple of hours when you are in the Garden Route.
More Adventure
There is so much that you can do while you are visiting the Garden Route. Keep these in mind while you are in the area. Try taking a shark cage dive or do some cycling for an afternoon outing. You can go parasailing and on day safari trips. Go bungee jumping or hang gliding. Take an ocean safari or a train ride for other great ideas. These are just some of the wonderful adventures that you can go on while you are visiting the Garden Route.
The Garden Route Is Unbelievable
It is a place that you will cherish every moment that you spend there. It is all very magical and you will have so much nature to enjoy. Make sure that you do and see as much as you can while you are there. Get yourself some wonderful souvenirs and postcards to remember all the different things that were able to see while you were there. Make the very most of every moment. It will be a fantastic trip that you will always remember fondly.
