A Symbolic and Curious Easter Poem

Rachel Heller
Sitting on a bench in a park, it is time for free association.
I am thinking of Easter.
What do people think about when they think of Easter?
The Easter Bunny? The White Rabbit rushing to an afternoon tea party?
Colorful and decorated baskets filled with much sweet chocolate filled treasures.
Lollypops and lemondrops. I wonder if The Easter Bunny and The Candy Man are related?
Color some eggs peacock blue or seaform green.
I bet that The Tooth Fairy and a dentist will have to make the scene after The Easter Bunny comes this Spring.
sunbonnets and sunflowers.
We can search for buried egg tresures for hours.
Free association about Easter is fun.
Now, this symbolic and curious Easter poem is done.
Happy Easter!
