1. Show a genuine interest in my students' lives.
2. Smile!!
3. Praise my students when they do good work.
4. Enforce academic integrity.
5. Listen patiently to my students' complaints and concerns.
6. Encourage my students to be creative.
7. Remind my students that it is okay to make mistakes.
8. Be available before, during, and after school to answer questions.
9. Remain enthusiastic while teaching.
10. Get the children actively involved in the lesson.
