A Terrific and Affordable Laundry Detergent: Totally Awesome

If you have read any of my reviews, you might know I am a bargain shopper. I am always in search of a store brand or generic product that works just as well as the national brand. I was browsing the aisle of my favorite store, Dollar Tree when I ran across Totally Awesome Laundry Detergent in a small reddish orange bottle. I thought I would try this laundry detergent because I was running low and 21 loads for one dollar is a pretty fantastic bargain. I did not expect this detergent to replace my normal brand.

The fragrance I tried was Spring Fresh, it was the only one available at the time. I want to state a few of my initial thoughts. I thought that the bottle was too small to produce 21 loads of laundry, I also did not expect Totally Awesome Laundry Detergent to clean that well.

I decided to try this detergent out immediately when I got home. I used the recommended amount of half a cap full. My first thought was not fantastic. It smelled great, but the detergent itself was a dingy yellowish brown color. It looked kinda gross.

As soon as this detergent met the running water from my washing machine the impressive bubbles began. I added my clothes and walked away, hoping that I would not live to regret how thrifty and downright cheap I can be.

Let me tell you, this detergent is absolutely amazing! My clothes look and smell amazing after every wash. I honestly believe Totally Awesome performs better than the national giants: Tide and Gain. It is very inexpensive a load of laundry costs less than five cents per load when you use Totally Awesome Laundry Detergent. If you were to do laundry with Tide it would cost more like a quarter a load.

You won't skimp on quality when using this generic brand of laundry detergent. I have been very pleased with the price, fragrance and cleaning power of Totally Awesome Laundry Detergent. I am not the only one who has discovered this fantastic product, it flies off the shelves! I buy 5 bottles at a time after realizing how great this laundry detergent is. I have recommended this product to all of my friends, family and co workers and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to save money on basic household cleaning supplies. In these times of economic uncertainty it makes sense to shop for the lowest prices. Totally Awesome is a fantastic product that I will continue to buy!
