A Thankful Place Thanksgiving Poem
I'm looking for
a time to move
into the place where
thanks radiates
from within me
I'm looking for home
this trek through life
so far has been alone
but I'm sure there
is a place
where thanks can
live closely by me
where I needn't look beyond
the four walls
that house everything
I'm thankful for
I'm looking for home
tired of roaming
ever searching for a
place of thanks
and in that space
I'm sure love
also radiates where
I can thank my
lucky stars
I'm finally home to
stay.
