Our hearts are filled beyond measure with the goodness of your grace and mercy.
Help us to be ever mindful of your goodness, grace, mercy, and presence.
As we lift our hearts to you we offer the sacrifices of thanksgiving and praise.
We will not turn from you or seek another, but will continue to give you thanks for all of our days.
Thank you, God, for the gift of life.
Thank you for our health, the air we breath, the hearts that beat within our chests.
Thank you, God, for loved ones, those both far and near.
Protect them and guide them in your ways. For this we give you thanks and praise.
Thank you, God, for the bountiful gifts that you have given us through the years.
We have shared laughter and tears, but always you have been here with us.
Thank you for that promise that you will never leave us or forsake us, for in you we place or trust.
In you we find our hope.
Thank you for our home and the safety and protection we find here.
Continue, Lord, to protect us with your loving hands, for we are your children.
Thank you, God, for meeting all of our needs, according to your riches in glory.
Thank you for the miracles great and small, and make us increasingly aware of your work in our lives.
As we set aside a day of thanksgiving, let your Spirit burn within us,
Reminding us that on this and every day we owe you our most sincere gratitude.
Thank you, Lord, for all of these things.
In the name of Jesus we pray.
Amen.
