I checked out the site layout and it is fairly simple. The color scheme is similar to that of Dooyoo where the predominant colors are green, gray and white. Dooyoo is a site similar to Ciao minus the technical bugs, the cheats and the spammers. The layout looks clean and organized.
***Menus***
The site is divided into MyPickJack, Home, Members and Comments.
-MyPickJack-
MyPickJack is mostly a section for your profile and account information. In the main screen you would see the following information.
a)Balance - This is how much money you have earned in the site. It is updated every 6 hours.
b)Next Payment - This is the payout date when you could get your money through Pay pal.
c)Questions - This is a counter on how many questions you have posted.
d)Rating - This tallies the votes that you have.
e)Correct Answers - This tallies the percentage of correct answers for the questions you have posted. There is also a search bar that lets you search for questions about the topic of your choice. This functions like a mini search engine within the site.

Comments - This tallies the comments other content contributors
Transaction Details - This is a link to a menu which contains the following.
a)Payout Stats - This tallies your total earnings and earning rank.

-Home-
This is a link to the different categories in the site. The categories are the following.
Arts and HumanitiesBusiness and Economy
Computers and InternetEducation
EntertainmentGovernment
HealthNews and Media
Recreation and SportsRefeerence
RegionalScience
Social ScienceSociety and Culture
-Members-
This is a members' page highlighting information such as the member's name, current balance, questions, total earnings and most recently posted question. The format is very nice however, I found the earnings of even the most active people to be paltry in nature and this would not be worth the time to do it. Imagine answering a lot of questions and posting a lot of them to not even get something more than the hourly minimum wage in the United States.
***The Questions***
The questions are a mixture of the difficult, the average and the retarded. Here are examples for each category.
Difficult
What does Las Vegas mean in Spanish? - No habla Espanol amigo. So I was stumped by this one.
A pagan's New Year starts when? - I may not be as religious as most people but I'm no pagan either. Very nice question though.
What is the name of the grandfather in The Simpsons? - Abraham is his name but I believe many people would not know because they usually called him dad or grandpa and not by his first name.
Who was the fifth Brazilian president? - Unless you are from south America, you would be stumped here.
Where is the headquarters of International Labour Organization? I did not even know that there was such as body.
Average
Who is Popeye's hamburger loving friend? The answer here is Wimpy but most people only know Popeye, Brutus and olive.
What is Britney Spears birth date? I do not know this but not everybody knows it as well.
What year did John Lennon die - Many of our parents could answer this but the younger generation would most probably not. This is a decent question.
How many people live in Brazil? - This is a nice question which not many people know the answer to.
When did Mickey Mouse debut? - I wasn't even born yet at the time so I could not answer this question. I don't think colored television was invented yet.
Retarded
What color are blueberries? - Let me see. This question is a tough one. Brownies are brown chocolate goodies. Green tea is a greenish liquid coming from brewed green tea leaves. So blueberries must be....blue! That's it! Blue! I'm going to win the Nobel Prize for this!
Am I handsome? - This isn't a trivia question. I wonder what kind of narcissistic fellow wrote this one.
Rooster is a male chicken? - Wow another tough question! The answer is yes and I am definitely smarter than a fifth grader!
Does KFC stand for Kentucky Fried Chicken? - Wow another difficult one. Maybe KFC stands for Korean Fried Chicken.
Chickens lay eggs true or false? - This fellow is clucking a lot of nonsense. Even a preschooler knows the answer to this.

The Verdict
While this site may provide you with some entertainment trivia style, to me it is not worth actively being involved in as the amount of work you put in is not commensurate to the amount of effort you have to churn in. It is similar to sites like myLot which are fun but not really lucrative. I would rather stick to CiaoIt is a good site if you are a trivia buff or are preparing to enter a game show or quiz bee as the site has some nifty and relevant questions. This site will appeal to the same people who liked "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire," "Jeopardy" and "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?"
This site's potential depends on you. If you are in for the money then this is not for you since as I mentioned before is that the payout is quite low. However if you are in it for fun then it is okay. The site however suffers from a proliferation of garbage content with questions that do not make sense or are too easy kids would answer such handily. Some of the questions are also written with poor grammatical structure and misspelled words. Thought the site prohibits math questions and duplicate questions, I see so many similar questions. They are not exact duplicates but are paraphrased versions.
The good thing about the site is that there is a report button on every question which makes it easy to remove such garbage. There is also a rating system where you could down rate worthless content. I guess without an editorial team, any site would end up with a lot of substandard content since they are mostly in it for the money and have no pride in what they do.I would recommend this site for fun purposes only. You could also make friends there. If it is money you are after then this isn't what I would call replacement income.
