I feel your surging power as I take off with a peel.
You tenderly surround me with metal, heavy gauge.
You may be always aging but for me you're the perfect age
You're going to be twenty soon, I'll keep you for forever
The words "Let's trade her in", you will hear them never.
Your never leave me when a break down comes to pass
It's always at a station that you run out of some gas.
You're blown your little gaskets but right in front of home
You never ever break down when we really start to roam.
You've taken me to cities, to the country and the beach
You give me such a smooth ride, you really are a peach.
You glisten when I wash you, Your fenders really shine.
I've loved you from the moment that I knew that you were mine.
I inherited you from my Dad,
His passing left me very sad.
So when I drive you I think of him
And in my heart I get a grin.
You're old, you're large , you're very blue
and to this family you've been true.
I take you to the car wash and get your oil renewed
We drive to the McDonalds so I can get some food.
I don't let it mess your leather up, I keep it looking good.
The doggies share my ride with me
They treat your seat so carefully.
They do not drool upon your doors,
They keep their biscuits off your floors.
I will not put a sticker on that sweet bumper of yours.
I tell any one who listens , please don't slam her doors.
I park you very carefully, preferring angle spaces.
We'll travel down the road of life
You'll take me many places.
