Begin by thinking about what you would like to do with your life. Sure, you want great health, wonderful relationship, loads of money, and a "to die for" career. But let's assume for a moment that you already have all of that. What would you do with your life if you had it all? What is the one (or several) thing(s) you would do with your time? When you figure this out, you have found your purpose. Your purpose doesn't have to be helping others twenty-four/seven in order to qualify as a purpose. Your purpose is defined by 'what you could do all day long and then continue doing the next day with the same enthusiasm and joy. Find your purpose (of what makes you happy) and that is a good place to begin attaining the life that you so deserve and desire.
If you're not sure of the purpose then make that your visualization and ask the Universe for your purpose and just see that it comes to you in an idea or throughout the day. The Universe will bring you the answer if you really want it and focus on the joy it will bring you to have your purpose that will fill the empty space you might be feeling.
Once you have found your purpose it gets easier. Knowing what you want is just as important as visualizing on it. Begin to visualize with your purpose in mind. See that all aspects of your life are clearly wonderful because of this purpose. See that your life is steady and wonderfully easy while you are working toward your purpose.
Break down any negative repetitive patterns you may have that could be keeping you from the focus of your purpose. If you have any negative mental patterns, replace them with positive affirmations that will encourage and inspire you. Take on a whole new way of thinking about your life and you. Begin to see what a wonderful exciting being you are and always have been. Listen to your inner self and realize that your inner self is perfect and your physical self can be directed from the inner self. Your inner self is what will give you the direction as to which way to head with your newly discovered purpose.
Take on a whole new life and a whole new way of thinking as you begin to apply the Law of Attraction intentionally. Each moment is a new moment to create a new you. Don't waste any more time investing in the old you, the one with all the repetitive patterns that hold you back. Invest your time in the new person and the new life you are creating for yourself. It is well worth it.
