A Way in Which I've Gotten Used to Loving

A Powers
I love you commonly,
In the way I've always loved you,
In a way in which I've gotten used to loving.
I love you wickedly,
In secret and in silence,
In awe of blood and bibles and pornography.
I love you fearfully,
Like clinging to a secret,
Like trembling in the wake of flood and famine.
I love you honestly,
A naked duck exposed,
A chapter sucked and sectioned, private viewing.
