If you are thinking about getting away from the cold harsh winter weather this year, Naples, Florida is the place to be. It is warm and sunny, so come on down, and watch the palm trees sway while relaxing on a sandy beach. There is lots of fun to be had all year round in Naples, Florida. Naples Pier

You cannot travel to Naples, Florida, and not go to the beach. A quick access to the beach would be to go to Naples Pier. It has been a landmark of Naples for over 120 years. You simply cannot miss seeing this all time favorite vacation place. There is a huge pier to walk on that looks over the Gulf of Mexico. If you are lucky you might even catch some dolphins swimming by.

Naples Zoo

If you want to see one of the prettiest zoos in the world, then the Naples Zoo should be on your list of things to do. There is a new giraffe exhibit to enjoy and all sorts of unique animals to see at Naples Zoo. You can see such animals as leopards, tigers, pumas, and bears. You can even take a relaxing boat tour to see monkeys, apes, and lemurs.

Sun-N-Fun Lagoon

Do you just love to splash around in the water? You will find lots of water fun at the Sun-N-Fun Lagoon in Naples, Florida. It does close down from the winter months of November to January. Then it is open on weekends from February to May, and then year round after that. So come check it out. You can enjoy the five water slides and the fun lazy river that is there.

Naples Botanical Garden

Do you want to spend your vacation surrounding yourself with beautiful things? Then check out Naples Botanical Garden. There are many different gardens to take pleasure in. There are 170 acres to benefit from. Things are blooming at all times of the year. It can be like your own private paradise for the day.

Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary Walking outdoors is especially nice in Florida weather. There is no better way to spend the day outdoors on your travels then at the Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary if you are into seeing Florida nature. You can take a nice long walk on the boardwalk.
