A Wishful Garden of Strawberries

Rachel Heller
I love strawberries in the summertime because they are juicy, red, and fine.
They are perfect in a garden because they are a cool fruit with much vibrant red color and mean green leaves.
I have wanted to plant strawberries since childhood; but my gardening skills are less than good.
I don't have a naturally "green" thumb and my fanciful garden wish is that growing ruby red strawberries would give me one.
Alas, my glass is have full; but my dog mouth is full of drool as she dreams of eating garden grown strawberries in the summertime too.
What is a strawberry loving woman to do.
Plant strawberries; plant strawberries until your dying day.
Red, ripe, and juicy never go away.
I will always have a wishful garden full of strawberries.
