The shoulders are the window into a woman and her confidence. If you see that her shoulders are slumped and rounded then she probably has bad posture. A woman with good posture is a woman with a good sense of herself. They are confident and in a very positive mood. This usually means she is more receptive to a connection with someone.

3. A Woman's Body Language is How Well She Dresses
How a woman dresses for a night out will tell you exactly how she sees herself and how she wants others to see her. If a woman is dressed sexy, she obviously put some effort into it to attract others.
