There are less-than-genuine arguments to rationalize this infringement. One of the most common is that the life of the child is somehow separate from the life of the mother. In other words, that child inside of its mother is a separate entity. This is pure nonsense. It all starts with the mother. That baby inside of that mother needs the mother for its own survival. No mother, no baby, and it does not work any other way.
So, these lives must be considered one, simply because the baby needs its mother.
(The) God(s) gives us our free-will. We answer only to him/her when we violate any of his/her edicts. If a woman CHOOSES to carry her child to term, that is her own personal choice and should not be interfered with by anyone who may disagree. Similarly, if a woman decided to end her pregnancy, that too is her own personal choice and should not be infringed upon.
If there is one aspect of our human existence in which nothing should legally be able to be infringed upon, is our ultimate right to do with our lives whatever we wish. Logically, this is only valid as long as these actions do not infringe upon someone else's right to do as they wish. This logic extends to create our individuality and identity.
It seems, those women who do decide to have their children want every woman to make the choice they did. But, who are they to demand a woman do as they do. They do no appreciate the fact that they made their own individual decision, but refuse to acknowledge another woman's right to make her own decision.
And who do we see leading up this charge to infringe on a woman's God-given right? Men. Men who can't ever experience this blessing. This is the aspect that makes it deceptive.
If we, as the People of America, truly appreciate the freedom we send our men and women in uniform to fight, kill, and die for, we must practice what we preach.
If not, such hypocrisy cannot hide from though eyes which fight to keep their country from coming under control of this hypocrisy.
