A Writers Prayer
Father, pour into me everything I need. I am an empty vessel.
Write within me the words, which you would have me to speak, to enlighten the lost and bring glory
to Your Name.
Alone, and unfilled, I am floundering, trying to gain my footing.
Anchor me, then fill me, so that I may spread Your light where ever my words are read;
in the knowledge that, where ever you are, there is life.
