A Yellow Poem

Greg Golden
A yellow poem is like a prayer..." Our Father who art in Heaven"

In a dark forest, a yellow poem flutters like butterflies wings

Like a sweet fragrance planted beneath an enchanted garden

Yellow is the passion of your golden smile

Yellow is a new beginning

Yellow is the color of the sun

Like a paint brush dipped gently

Into a paint bucket of orange and green

A possibility or no less than a dream

A yellow poem is like a rubber ball

Pull it

Stretch it

Bounce it of the wall
