I have been watching the TV occassionally without getting caught up in the hoopla of whom will be the next president and what comes across the most is the medias attention on the candidates and the superdeligates. My concerns are this if we the people are supoosed to be deciding our fate by voting for our favorite Candidate why then is everyone so focused on the decision of the SUPERDELIGATES? To me that delivers a very distrubing message that tells me that the Vote of the Politicians and /or Special interest Groups is more important than the VOTE of the people. Especially if ervyone is focused on the 2118 Superdeligate count . What about the Vote of the people. After all we are the ones paying the taxes, We are the ones that the media is feeding to convience project the good bad and indiference of the candidates AL Gore said back in 2000. to count every vote. And yet we are still focused on SUPERDELIGATES. the Superdeligates should not get to decide whom should be the next Democratic Candidate. The decision should be by the PEOPLE not the POLICTICANS.
To me it sounds very much like deception all over again. dont get me wrong Obama reminds me of the Kennedys and Martin Luther King
I love how he speeks but I am concerned that the majority of people are again being swayed by the media and by those trying to align themselves with the current politics and possible candidates.
Also there is an article floating around about comments George Bush made in private regarding our Constitution where he called it Toilet paper, I kid you not. I will find it and post it.
