Academy of Country Music Awards Announce Nominees
An exciting change this year, now fans will be in control of who walks away with the Entertainer of the Year award. The announcement was made in Nashville along with the full list of nominees, as follows:
In the Entertainer of the Year category, nominees are: Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, George Strait and Keith Urban
Top Male Vocalist nominees are: Rodney Atkins, Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, George Strait and Keith Urban
Top Female Vocalist will go to one of these talented ladies: Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, LeAnn Rimes, Taylor Swift or Carrie Underwood
Top Vocal Group nominees are: Diamond Rio, Eagles, Emerson Drive, Little Big Town, and Rascal Flatts
Top Vocal Duo will be between: Big and Rich, Brooks and Dunn, Halfway to Hazard, Montgomery Gentry, and Sugarland
Top New Male Vocalist, an exciting category is comprised of these nominees: Luke Bryan, Jack Ingram and Jake Owen
Top New Female Vocalist will be going to either: Sarah Buxton, Kellie Pickler, or Taylor Swift
Top New Duo or Vocal Group nominees are: Carolina Rain, Lady Antebellum, The Wreckers
Album of the Year will be going to one of these
