Ace Hardware in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is the best home improvement store in the area by far. I have visited and shopped at a number of home improvement stores, but the experience I had in Ace Hardware on North Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach is above and beyond the rest. Shopping with a 4 yr old, 11 month and 7 year old is not the easiest task, especially when you are not really sure what you are looking for, but the employees at this Ace Hardware made my experience the best shopping experience I have had in years.

The employees at this store are very knowledgeable and helpful above and beyond what has come to be expected in retail stores. The sales associate at the Ace Hardware in Myrtle Beach took his time to explain the details of the power tool I was looking to buy for my husband. Without this knowledgeable gentleman's help I would have made the wrong choice and been in the return line after Christmas. That is a place no one wants to find themselves!

The quality of products offered in this store were better than what I could find in similar home improvement stores. The advice I received from the knowledgeable and very helpful associate weren't the only aspects to make this the best shopping experience I have had in a long time. The other associates in the store were equally friendly and even helped entertain and distract my children while I deliberated the right choice of power tools for my husband.

I find that when shopping I have learned to settle for what is available instead of what I really want. This was not an issue at the Ace hardware in Myrtle Beach. The store was well stocked, very clean and the prices were comparable to other home improvement retail stores. Their reward program, which I had not heard about before my visit is also very appealing for return customers. The positive experience I had at the Myrtle Beach Ace Hardware have made me a loyal customer. I will be shopping at this Ace Hardware for all of my home improvement needs.
