AcneFree Terminator is packaged in a one ounce tube that costs around $5.99. Occasionally this product is marked down when stores are running sales on the entire AcneFree system. Even at full price, this tiny little tube is worth every penny. That's because it works.
At the first sight of an erupting pimple, I simply dab a bit of this product in the affected area and wait for it to do it's magic. I have found that my skin does not react unfavorably to this acne treatment, so I can use it up to three times a day without experiencing any redness, dryness or flaking. It is recommended to begin using this spot treatment only once a day and then gradually work up to the maximum application.
This on the spot acne treatment contains two percent Benzoyl Peroxide. This is the active ingredient that works so wonderfully at killing the bacteria that causes acne and blackheads. This is also an ingredient that has been known to cause adverse skin reactions in those users who have a natural sensitivity to it. If even the mildest usage of Benzoyl Peroxide has caused an unpleasant reaction in the past, it is best to avoid this product altogether.
Luckily for me, I can use AcneFree Terminator several times a day on affected areas. Within one or two days, that unsightly blemish is history. This is true no matter how advanced the outbreak was at the time I began treating it. The off white colored gel simply gets right down to the cause of the acne and eliminates it.
This off white colored gel is thin enough to spread easily and be incognito under makeup, but also thick enough to really cover the outbreak well. It does have a bit of a medicinal smell that lingers until the treatment is completely absorbed into the skin, but that is a small price to pay for an acne treatment that works so well.
Overall I would definitely have to give this product a five star rating. It can be found at most drugstores, pharmacies and in the beauty aisles of discount department stores. It can be purchased as part of the complete AcneFree system, or independently. If a moderately severe case of acne is to be treated, it may be prudent to purchase the entire product line. However, if an occasional outbreak is all that is being dealt with, the Terminator spot treatment is definitely the way to go.
