Let Us Remember on This Day Those Who Gave Their Lives for Their Country
Memories of those who gave their lives
Every year we remember them
Mindful of their valor and sacrifice
Older every year, their comrades honor them
Remembering events and friendships
In service of their country
Always remembered, never forgotten
Less history repeat itself

Annually celebrated
Young and old remember those brave souls
This acrostic poem is to help honor those brave servicemen and women who gave up their lives in service of their country. Memorial Day is celebrated annually in the United States Of America on the last Monday of May.
