AC's Sexiest Women of 2009

Gotcha!! Sorry to disappoint you all, but I am not foolish enough to take on this project alone. I will leave this to one who is wiser than me. Yes, it is true that I cherish all my female readers, but my heart beats only for Mrs. Meegerin. She has the looks, the smarts and the style that make her my choice for the sexiest woman of all.

However, I am pleased to announce that I will host the 2009 first Annual AC Sexiest Women's Pageant. If you would like to participate please send me a message with your ballot, which should consist of your top five selections with a sentence or two as to your reason. Participation is obviously voluntary, but all AC Contributors are eligible to submit one ballot. On each ballot the number one choice will receive five points. Number two will receive four points and so forth. The pageant polling will remain open until January 31, 2009 at 12:00AM EST. I will compile the statistics and on New Year's Eve, as close as possible to when the clock strikes 12AM EST to ring in the year 2010, I will publish the top five point earners with a bit of commentary.

This all started with Jennifer Wagner's AC's Sexiest Men of 2009 article. This has taken Associated Content by the crotch. It has been on the most commented list for three days and doesn't show any sign of giving up its place. I was a bit sad that I didn't make the grade, but at least I have something to strive for in 2010.

Nancy Canfield challenged Abby Greenhill and Rachel de Carlos to also write on the subject. Green, pounced on this theme like a lab in heat, with her piece called A Sex Challenge. Here she details a trove of sexual oddities that even the smartest among you might not know.

Nancy, also offered her own, Partners in Perversion for her readers to salivate over. With her infamous humor, she offers her commentary on a couple of the articles written by her peers as well offering up some up of her own savory thoughts..

Frank Mucci entered the fray with his Little Known Facts about Halloween article. Though it is entertaining, I hope in reality it is more fiction than fact.

Rachel de Carlos was a bit slower to the party, but today she answered Greenhill's bark and offered up, Invitation for Sex. Read it and learn which pick up lines work and which ones don't. Here is a hint. If you are funny, you just might have a chance.

As of this writing, three of these articles are among the most commented upon today in Associated Content's entire library of articles. A couple of these articles are published with Associated Content's new Halloween layout. Is this an example of trying to get the biggest bang for your buck? As the saying goes, sex sells. Perhaps, more ad clicks will be generated, but with all the Contributors getting hot and steamy from all this sultry reading, there could be less content written when these same Contributors start getting anxious to dig deep into their Halloween goodie bags.
