ACT for America Achieves 2011 Milestones Against Radical Islam
At their recent sold-out National Conference and Legislative Briefing, ACT for America unveiled their new video, "We are ACT! For America".
The 2011 National Conference & Legislative Briefing event was held on June 22 to 24th and featured special speakers knowledgeable about Islam.
During the event, top leaders in Congress briefed participants. ACT! For America also awarded their Patriot awards to selected Members of Congress who, in ACT! For America"s vision, have championed the cause of national security.
The speakers who attended were John Guandolo, a former FBI agent, an expert on the Muslim Brotherhood, who created the first-ever counterterrorism training course for the FBI. Andrew Bostom, a noted historian and author of the acclaimed book Legacy of Jihad, and Erick Stakelbeck, author of the book The Terrorist Next Door: How the Government is Deceiving You about the Islamist Threat, that was released on May 2, 2011 and the host of the CBN News program Stakelback on Terror.
At the end of the event, a formal Gala Banquet event was held with keynote speaker, Florida Congressman, Rep. Allen West and ACT! For America, closed the conference with three informative sessions on topics such as how to effectively inform and persuade others about the threat of radical Islam.
Ms. Gabriel, Founder and President of ACT!
