ACT Test Help Offered in Kansas City

Students in their senior year of high school have so many things to look forward to. Many are on the verge of entering college to fulfill their professional and career aspirations. They are ready to take the world by storm. Good for them.

But one thing that they don't necessarily welcome are those ACT and SAT tests. However, taking them can possibly lead to much-needed scholarships and grants. Just what is a high school senior to do? Here is something that might help you.

WHAT: ACT Test Strategies to Raise Your Score

WHEN: Saturday, November 5, 2011

TIME: 1:00 p.m. (45 minutes in duration)

WHERE: Mid-Continent Library-Boardwalk Branch

HIGHLIGHTS:

Students will learn how to score higher on this test by utilizing the Kaplan techniques. Participants will become familiar with the format and parts of the test. Sample questions will give students an awareness of how to better study and prepare for this test. This would especially be good for those just being introduced to the ACT.

    Glad to hear it’s free. My high school offered something similar but I’m pretty sure there was a $15 fee.

    I think the best scholarships go to JUNIORS who take these tests and do well; Seniors are pretty much taking them just for admission to college.
