Don't worry about rowdy kids splashing you while you're trying to sunbathe. If family time at the pool isn't really your thing, try the Quiet Cove Pool, which is accessible only to those guests who are 18 and older. The pool area also includes a bar and two whirlpool spas for some extra relaxation. There's even an adults-only coffeehouse called Cove Café if you need a pick-me-up.
Ready for some world-class dining? Palo is an adults-only five star gourmet restaurant that offers a menu featuring the best of Northern Italian cuisine. The atmosphere is upscale, which makes this a great spot for a romantic candlelight dinner. To ensure that the atmosphere is maintained, jeans, shorts, swimwear, and tank tops are prohibited.
If you're more interested in the wine list than the gourmet menu, consider taking the Stem to Stern Wine Tasting seminar. The hour-long experience features a tasting of five wines and one sparkling wine or Champagne, which is a great warm up if you aren't quite ready to sit down to dinner. The price is $12 per guest and you can make reservations onboard at Guest Services.
After dinner, be sure to check out the adults-only entertainment area. The Disney Cruise Line ships offer adults-only dance clubs with cabaret shows, karaoke, salsa lessons, and theme nights like the 80's TimeWarp Party. There are also adults-only bars with a more mellow atmosphere, offering drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and live piano music.
