Brittany Murphy Died After Suffering Full Cardiac Arrest
The Los Angeles emergency department received a call from husband Simon Monjack's home at 8:00 am. According to TMZ it has been confirmed by the Los Angeles Fire Department that the call did come from Monjack's home.
The actress was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
This breaking news of Brittany Murphy's death has started several speculations on how the actress died as it is not every day you see a 32 year old die of a heart attack. Some people are speculating that it was drugs while others are claiming an eating disorder. As of right now, none of these speculations can be proven and people should respect her and her family and leave their accusations and speculations about Brittany Murphy's death alone.
Who Was Brittany Murphy?
Brittany Murphy broke out into the acting seen with the 1995 teen flick Clueless. She played the sidekick to the main character which was played by Alicia Silverstone. Murphy went on to star in several other movies and became a popular young actress.

According to imdb.com, Brittany Murphy has 3 movies that are in post production while the movies Poor Things and Shrinking Charlotte have not been finished yet. These movies were slated for a 2010 release.
It should also be noted that last month the actress was let go of a film called The Caller for being too difficult. The movie was being filmed in Puerto Rico and Brittany was sent home after being too much to handle and a detriment to the production of the movie. She was replaced with actress Rachelle Lafevre.
The web is alive with people who are shocked to hear the news that Brittany Murphy is dead at 32 years old. It strangely resembles what people said when just last year actor Heath Ledger died at 28 years old. With Heath Ledger it was shown that he suffered from an overdose from prescribed drugs.
The story of Brittany Murphy's death is still developing. We have not heard any official word from her husband, family or even a rep. It could be several weeks to months before we know her cause of death from an autopsy and until then people should respect her and her family and drop the speculations.

The cause of death will most likely be cardiac arrest. I will almost guarantee that cardiac arrest is due to anorexia and there being a complete lack of electrolytes in her system. If that is so, I hope her family will use this as an opportunity to educate the world about eating disorders.
