Actress Lindsay Lohan Might Be in Trouble for yet Another Probation Violation!
I think it's safe to say girlfriend is now a card-carrying member of "Reality TV for Food" at this point, right? So Lindsay Lohan, fresh out of a three month court ordered stay at the Betty Ford Center for multiple probation violations, is making news again for yet ANOTHER violation. In a statement from the Riverside County's Sheriff's department... "Over the last few weeks, detectives for the Palm Desert Police Department's Investigations Bureau have been investigating the battery between Ms. Lohan and a Betty Ford Center staff member, Dawn Holland. The lead investigator received a fax confirmation Monday from Ms. Holland's attorney that she will no longer be cooperating with the investigation and does not wish to have charges filed with the Riverside County District Attorney's Indio office for the battery...This case however will be submitted to the District Attorney's office as the investigation determined Ms. Lohan violated several aspects of her probation, including the battery. A copy of this investigation will be forwarded to the Los Angeles Probation Office. It is expected that this investigation will be sent to the District Attorney's office later this week." So basically, even though it was Lohan that called 911, the tech she fought with, though she was also a loser for selling out to evil empire TMZ, was probably right about Lindsay being drunk and refusing testing when she broke curfew. Here's the lesson in this kiddos. If you get popped for a DUI and cocaine possession, but you don't think you have a problem and want to keep partying, just go to jail, sit your 90 days or so, and come out with a clean slate. None of this dragging it out for years and years nonsense to avoid the inevitable, ok? I'm thinking at this point I want to see a buddy movie with "Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood called, "Ginger and the Bedbeast" or something. It would be amazing. So what do you think of Lindsay at this point. Truly ill or just playing the system to stay out of jail? Is her career over?
