Acupuncture and Acupressure Points for Chronic Pain Relief

Why Energy Therapy Works

Kim O'Neal
When we experience pain, it may be for a variety of reasons. Sometimes, chronic pain is caused by energy blockages in the body, where certain acupuncture and acupressure points need to be opened and released so the energy can flow smoothly throughout the body. Where acupuncture points, often referred to as chakras, are blocked, pain can result.

The term "acupuncture" comes from the Latin "needles" and "to prick." True to its name, the art and practice of acupuncture requires inserting needles into various meridians or points on the body in order to draw on the body's natural energy flow to relieve chronic pain, illness, and a variety of other symptoms.

Acupressure, on the other hand, doesn't require the use of needles. Instead, pressure is applied to the acupressure meridians or points on the body in place of needles to achieve the same results.

The reason why so many people report success with chronic pain relief through the use of acupuncture or acupressure is because the body functions at its highest capacity when its natural energy is flowing smoothly through all of the chakras.

Another recently discovered technique for removing energy blockages and opening the chakras is through the use of holographic chips placed directly on the body. Holographic chips operate on the same principles as acupuncture therapy without the use of needles or the need to apply pressure. Placed over the afflicted area, the holograms pull energy from the body's natural energy reserves and open blockages that cause pain, offering almost immediate relief. Unlike acupuncture, the holographic chips are non-invasive- perfect for anyone with a fear of needles. And unlike prescription pain killers, the risk of harmful side effects is dramatically reduced.

These methods of energy therapy have been around for centuries and are definitely worth some consideration for anyone who suffers with chronic pain in any region of their body.
