Addiction takes you places that you don't want to go.
Addiction carries you down back alleyways to secret meetings.
Addiction drives you down the wrong path.
Addiction turns you into a cheat, a liar and a thief.
Addiction destroys your life and others.
Addiction leads to handcuffs and jail cells.
Addiction guides you through prison doors.
My heart aches,
My heart breaks,
To see you there.

Powerful commentary on addiction.
Amen to this sister. You're spot on with this. Last Sunday was Addiction Sunday in our chruch and it was discussed that addictions can ruin your life and your family and friends as well. This is just awesome. I overcame two addictions and my life is so much more full of joy...and I am FREEEEEEEEEE :-)
