You know that with adults, people get hungry. So, to keep the growling stomach at bay, be prepared to have food. The pumpkin can be passed using any body part except the hands as long as the pumpkin doesn't drop. The person that drops the pumpkin then takes a drink from their drink (generally alcohol). This game can get very fun, the more you drink, the more you drop it, it can be very funny. Of course there is the always amusing game of twister. Nothing can be more amusing that watching grown adults play twister in their Halloween costumes.
