Working in the adult industry isn't for everyone, in fact, it takes a special person to provide unique services like adult voice talent, and even webcam modeling. Many women try to get into this line of work, but find that there are way too many companies to apply to, and even more competition applying to them as well. Which companies actually deliver what they promise? The following article will outline a few of the better adult webcam companies, as well as some of the fraudulent scammers that prey on women in the business. WildSpider(http://www.wildspider.com): Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. This company goes belly up almost every six months it seems. Of course I may be over exaggerating just a little, but it's true nonetheless. They offer a decent split, but it changes from seventy percent to fifty percent, depending on how much traffic they receive from month to month. It's really unstable, and the pay is horrendous because there is virtually no traffic. When you are initially hired you are promised a huge income with all kinds of bonuses and perks, that never come.

AdultCam Staffing(http://www.adultcamstaffing.com/): This is kind of a different site, and the webmaster is unclear as to whether or not they are simply recruits, or an actual cam-site. One characteristic of the website, however, is that every few sentences is a promise of huge income and bonuses, which I take as a red flag. Especially since the rest of the information is just so darn vague.

Live Jasmine(http://www.livejasmine.com): This is a pretty decent company to work for, as they are constantly advertising and promoting all of the people who cam on their site. In fact, many of the girls that work for the site do make upwards of at least three grand per month. Some make much more, and some make much less. The traffic is the biggest perk, because they get close to two million hits per day. That's a lot of potential earnings.
Universal Talk LTD(http://www.chatrecruit.com): Universal Talk is a multi-platform company based in London, UK and is by far one of the best companies to work for, whether you're a phone actress, or a cam model. The payout is great, and the bonuses just seem to pile up. There is a huge amount of traffic, and the corporate office takes a lot of time advertising all over the world.

There are thousands of webcam sites on the internet, and I cannot list each and every one of them, so exercising good judgement is important in your search for a good cam site. Beware of websites that focus mainly on how much money you can make. If the information about their company is vague, but they insist you can get rich in a month working with them, chances are it's a scam. It is also important for you to thoroughly read even the parts of the website that seem unimportant to you, including the list of girls/guys currently providing modeling services for the company. A lot can be learned about the quality of a company, by the quality of people they hire. Finally, do a Google search of the company name. More often than not the search results will include forum conversation threads discussing the topic you searched for. You can gain a lot of insight reading the conversations of former, and current employees of a company.
