Lakeside is the adventure park that you will want to see. It's great for the entire family. They have an area set aside just for the little kids which they call Kiddies Playland. In this playland they have 16 different rides made just for the smaller sized crowd. They have over 25 rides for the bigger sized crowd. Giving this adventure park over 40 different rides in total for your pleasure. They have a few different places for you to eat at and lots of games for you to play at.
Santa's Workshop

This is a Christmas themed amusement park that is open spring, summer and fall. They don't close until Christmas Eve. While at this theme park be on the lookout for Santa. This is his favorite place to hang out. You might even spot an elf or two. When you're done spotting Santa and his elves, you should check out some of the great rides throughout the park. You can find things like the Christmas tree Ride or the space shuttle. You can feed some of their petting farm animals they have or go catch a good magic show. They also have a few different holiday themed shops so you can catch up on some holiday shopping when you have had enough of the rides.
Royal Gorge Bridge & Park

The Royal Gorge Bridge is home to America's longest Aerial tram, so you have to make sure you don't miss this one. It's also home to America's steepest incline railway and the world's highest skycoaster. With these three things alone, you won't want to miss this wonderful park. While your there you can check out some of their additional rides that they offer including a few specially designed just for the pint sized little people. Catch one of the shows in the Gazebo, Pavilion or the plaza. Stop at any three of their restaurants they have so you can eat. If you don't want to do that, they also have vendors set up though out the park so you can get different snacks.
