Aerosoles Sock Review

Sock it to Me!

Lee Hansen

Are you a person that is uncomfortable with cold feet and toes? I definitely am. I can be clothed with fleece and wrapped in blankets but if my toes are cold I am not an especially happy camper.

During the summer I wear short knee high socks but they are no match for the cooler days of late fall going into the rigid winter weather. When wearing a nice pair of casual or dress pants I want a sock that will not only match my outfit but one where the elastic doesn't stretch itself too much. Socks sagging around my ankles don't allow warmth for my whole leg.

While recently shopping at Sears I had a little extra money left on a gift card. My mission was to find some casual socks. I struck gold when I purchased a 3-pack Aerosoles with a pair of black, charcoal gray and chocolate colors included. These socks are part of Soled Out Socks which is a division of Wiesner Products, Inc. in New York, NY. The sticker price was $14.00 but I ended up paying $10.61.

The socks are 75% Polyester, 20% Cotton and 5% Spandex. To clean you simply machine wash cold with similar colors. The socks were cleverly packaged with a black and plastic miniature hanger and a pink and white wrapping that acted as extra security.

The real test came when I put them on. I have found them to be very comfortable on the foot and toes. They reach up to about an inch from my knee, thus providing extra warmth and comfort. So far I have not felt any sagging around the ankles or any discomfort in my legs.

Hopefully I will have the same success with the other two pairs. And if so, I will probably purchase some of their other colors to include in my winter wardrobe. Although it's getting cold out there I am warmed by the fact that I have finally found a pair of socks that fits the bill perfectly.

Without hesitation I would highly recommend these socks if you need added warmth for your toes and feet.

This is an excellent review! My hubby needs great socks to keep his feet warm, too, and during the winter, it is all about comfy, fuzzy, fleece and warm socks.
