The Steal of Any Fantasy Team

David Kenny
The San Diego Chargers runningback LaDainian Tomlinson is one of the top fantasy picks in a fantasy draft. LaDainian Tomlinson has over 11,000 rushing yards and over 3,800 receiving yards. Tomlinson has also scored 141 touchdowns in 8 seasons. He has not played in any of the preseason games in the last three years. Now he has decided to play in the preseason games to get himself into great shape to get completely ready for this season. Tomlinson is on a mission to have his best season ever, LaDainian Tomlinson will start off the season with big games. Tomlinson is the main focus for the Chargers offense. He runs the ball, catches the ball, and sometimes throws the ball for touchdowns. With all the talent LaDainian Tomlinson has, he can win a fantasy week almost by himself. He is that talented. Even if Tomlinson can't run the ball, he will catch the ball out of the back field and pick up yards and touchdowns to help your fantasy team. San Diego is in the worst division in football last year. The division combined for 23 wins and 8 wins were from San Diego. LaDainian Tomlinson will have great games against his division, since they all have bad rank defenses.

The Baltimore Ravens runningback Willis McGahee will have a break-out 2009 NFL season. He has over 5,200 yards in only 5 seasons in the NFL. Baltimore Ravens are among the best in the league at rushing offense. With a young superstar quarterback like Joe Flaco, the Raven will be able to force the other teams back field to stay off the line. The other teams can not put eight men in the box for fear of Flaco breaking a big one. This will make it easier to run the ball up the middle which is the Raven favorite place to run the ball. This is the year that McGahee will run wild. McGahee is has a top player fullback to help lead block for him. Le'Ron McClain was the main running back for Baltimore last season. Now Baltimore is going to move him to fullback to lead block for McGahee. Willis McGahee will have more changes to run the ball this year being the starting runningback for the first time in 2 years. McGahee averaged 4 yards a carry in the 2008 NFL season. Look for him to average closer to 5 yards a carry and have multiple runs for 20 plus yards in the 2009 football season.
