Helping popularize Afghan food in America, The Helmand is a great place to enjoy a fine middle-eastern cuisine in the heart of Baltimore. The Helmand is actually a river in Afghanistan that is the longest and most important. The cuisine served here, on average, is priced between ten and fifteen dollars per entrée.
