It is a healthy buffet option if you are hungry but do not feel like fried or heavy foods. According to their website, The Sunday morning buffet adds in scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits, cinnamon chip biscuits, make your own breakfast burritos in addition to the regular full buffet. A second choice is the All you can Eat Buffet in Orlando is the Crazy Buffet, which is an upscale Asian fusion buffet, it is $15 for lunch and $20 for dinner. They have several stations called bars with freshly made to order menu items. Bars include a sushi bar, a hibachi grill with all MSG free foods, a "Crazy Wok" station that customers make their own selections of ingredients and the chef cook it for them on the spot. There is also a Peking duck carving station and the traditional seafood selection with mounds of fresh crab legs and similar seafood choices, this is often the section that the diehard buffet professionals head straight for, skipping cheaper filler sections and carbs and go straight to the legs and fill up their plates. The vegetable dishes and soups are particularly fresh. It is a very clean buffet and the foods are fresh. It is near Universal Studios if you are looking for a change of pace while visiting Disney.
