After School Yoga Classes in DUMBO Still Open for Enrollment

Bija Kids Yoga classes in DUMBO will be held at Pomme at 81 Washington St. According to Bija, the program lasts for 12 weeks and is available for children ages 3 to 8. There is also a program for crawlers to 3 year olds that includes parent participation.
In addition to after school programs, vacation workshops are held when school is out. They include art projects, yoga and outdoor activities. These workshops are a great way to help children to stay active in the winter and parents can participate as well.
