Well, a proper anti ageing skin care and discipline in life style can bring great difference in the aging skin. Now a days, there are cosmetic surgery and Botox injections to keep the skin glowing. Some even go for hormone treatment.
A well-balanced and healthy diet can keep the skin glowing. A diet low in fats and carbohydrates and the one that is rich in proteins, vitamins and antioxidants are good. Drinking plenty of water also keeps away ageing skin.
Use moisturizing cream or lotion that keeps the skin soft and vibrant. When we grow old, the skin losses the tendency to shed old skin cells and to regenerate new ones. Exfoliation is advised to rid the dead cells.
Change in color is another noticeable trace of old age skin. Use Skin lighteners that bring the tone back. Also use lotions and creams that contain Vitamin C, which helps in maintaining the color of the skin.
Though a lot of cosmetic products are in the market that claims to have anti aging cure, it is always better to choose the products that are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Retinoids and fruit acids.
Exercising regularly is also good to maintain a healthy skin. Regular exercise increases the flow of blood that improves skin tone. It will be good if one avoids direct sun light as the UV could damage the skins.
Aging cannot be stopped. But a proper diet, regular exercise and better life style can at least slow down aging skin.

Post a CommentGood article..I agree with all the things you say. Exercice, water, healthy life...those things are esentials if we want to be young, despite of our age. Nowdays there are lot of things that make us to feel young. Smoking and Alcohol is not good at all, so it is good to avoid them. Talking in general terms, I believe that happy life is the best thing to be young!
