Aidpage.com: Free Platform for Cyber-Begging
Signing up as an aidmate is easy, you can be as anonymous as you want, as long as you have a way for the money to get to you because, they do no ask you to prove anything or report anything to anyone. Nor does aidpage track who, or how much money or whatever is donated. All handling of material transactions between any aidmates is at 'aidmates' own discretion. There is no limit to how many pages you can make; you can even start a blog to go along with your aidpage to keep the people helping you up to date on what is going on with what you are asking for help for. On the website, they suggest emailing your friends and family about your aidpage but if they were going to help you they would have already, and you might be ashamed of having to ask for help. However, you will want to tell others about your aidpage to increase your chances of getting help.
Of course, this does mean that if you are planning to help anyone through aidpage you are doing so at your own risk. You will find many "sad stories" about how "we're losing our house", "I can't work because of disability", etc... but since nothing is verified you could be supporting a clever druggy.
If you do not have a need but want to help or know of some good resources for people that need help, you can make an aidpage with that information. All though making a page offering your 'help' could be bad thing. It will put a target on your back for all scammers to see, so if you do make an aidpage offering help make sure you protect your self and do not put your full real name or home address, stuff like that.
The idea of people helping people is good, but it has great potential to be abused. Which will only hurt the ones that are honestly asking for help and the people that really want to help others. Users can turn in suspected abusers by contacting aidpage. Aidpage, Inc. is based in Boston area USA.

In an anxiety to fulfill ambition of my wife to do my last rites in own house I have joined and arranged down line members in the National Federation of the Blind and Manav Foundation and its sister concern with a high hope of getting incentive while serving the needy people but they have cheated making loss of my entire pension benefits besides run into debit of more than $20000 in the process of coming out of the tragedy. As I ha e no source to repay the loan and my meager pension is not even sufficient to pay even interest(24%) on the loan amount trembling with fear and now in the street for daily bread and needs. I earnestly appeal for generous help for my family to come out of the debit trap at least. Thanks.
I have an invention that would help children in fostercare. I do not have the money for a patent lawyer or for a utility patent. If there is someone out there that can help me get this device product on the market, you will be helping to save many children lives. This device would be use with the Administration For Children Services. There is so much controversial issues going on with ACS that this device will solve alot of their problems. Because of major back surgery as a family with 2 incomes we are now down $1300 per month. Waiting on disability to make up the difference, but it is a slow go. We are taking care of our 2 grandchildren. Xmas this year will only be hugs, but that will be okay if I can keep the roof over our head. Tapped out on payday loans. I am a single 27 year old licensed counselor living in Appalachia Ohio...in a very enpoverished area, where pay is horrible but the work is greatly needed for what i do with children, teens, and their families. I am a trauma therapist and have been for 3 years now, which i enjoy very much. However, the greedy loan companies refuse to work with me and lower my payments, knowing that i live in an enpoverished region of Ohio. I drive a used car and live in a studio (basement) apartment...i dont own anything that is mine.

I am currently disabled and am waiting for my social security to be approved although it hasn't as of yet. Just trying to make it to Dr. appointments in addition to the electric, water, phone, and mortgage are impossible right now. Make a long story short. Father of two lovely children and a wonderful wife. Had a good job for 13 years. Hurt my back, on disability. Employer terminated my position after my 13 weeks of Family Leave (yes they can do that). Now, after all the red tape of an HMO, I finally find out I need back surgery. Guess what, I have to pay COBRA insurance of 851.79 per month to keep my insurance. I can't quilify for other insurance because of pre existing condition (Health care bill won't be in full effect until 2012) and unemployable at this time due to my injury. I am greatfull for my family, and know others are far worse off than myself. I just would so apprieciate any help you could give. Anything would help. I am a proud father / husband, and I am just stuck and depressed. I know that God will answer my prayers. I know that when I am back on my feet that I can too return the favor. Help me keep my family together
I have never asked for help before so this is very hard for me. I was taught to always take care of your family and do what you have to do, but my wife is very, very ill and i really dont know what else to do. 3 months ago my wife was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma and we were just devastated. She is now taking chemo 2X a week and doing OK considering the circumstances. I tried to continue working, but have recently had to quit my job of over 20 years to take care of her full time. I have paid the mortgage on our modest home for over 17 years but am 3 payments behind and facing forclosure. Lack of decent health insurance and all of these crazy medical expenses have driven us to the point of financial ruin. I am asking for any help you could give, and god bless you.
