AJ Wright - a Store Full of Amazing Deals in a Tough Economy

There is something about shopping that makes many of us feel better than we did before. We get a joy out of purchasing just about anything because we know we have the ability to do so. My own shopping habits have led to me seeking out the best places to shop and the best deals that I can get. This obsession led to a great idea. I figured it would be fun to review the stores that I shop at and how they rate on my list. My first review is of AJ Wright and what I think of them.

The clothing selection is vast and full of one of a kind bargains. There was even a jewelry department that offered discounted top of the line necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. This was quite a surprise to me, as I did not know that AJ Wright offered this kind of service.

I shopped for about two hours and was pleased that no one came up and bothered me. Now a days, when you visit a store to shop, you are hounded by employees constantly coming over and offering you assistance. This can make a good shopping experience go sour in a second. AJ Wright proved to be a very peaceful shopping experience. One complaint though is that there was not enough space. Many of the clothing racks were close together. This made it hard for two individuals to shop in the same section, as there was plenty of unintentional bumping going on. If it was a crowded day during the Holidays, this may of been a bad shopping experience.

When approached, the customer service was top notch. Many of the employees went out of their way to help me get answers to my questions. I asked one employee about a product that I knew they did not carry. They went to straight to their manager who called the home office to try and find the product for me. Surprisingly, they found the product! I could not believe that they went that far out of the way to help me. This showed that they cared about their customer and wanted my continued service. Great customer service always makes your shopping experience that much better.

Checking out was okay at best. Like most stores, there was not enough cashiers working. The line wasn't long by any means, but more than one cashier was needed. I must state though that the cashier was extremely friendly and talkative. This always puts the customer at ease and makes them forget about the wait. I enjoyed her effort to make my shopping experience that much better and made sure to let the manager know just that. I also let him know that more cashiers would be nice the next time around.

Overall, I enjoyed shopping at AJ Wright . The presentation was much more professional and the customer service was ten times better than most stores. I must state that the deals were rather similar to Marshalls. After doing some research, I realize this is because AJ Wright and Marshalls are owned by the same company. This amazes me because of how much better AJ Wright was compared to Marshalls. Other stores should take a page out of AJ Wright book and offer the same experience. AJ Wright is a great place to shop at peace while enjoying some of the best deals anywhere. You would be quite silly to not take advantage of AJ Wright's awesome deals.
