The Al Amir Bakery is located at 2281 West Ball Road in Anaheim California. Al Amir Bakery is by far the best Middle Eastern bakery in Anaheim and probably the best in all of Orange County. But to be fair it is also probably the only Middle Eastern bakery in Orange County. It might be better to compare it to other regular Middle Eastern food spots. Even when we do this though the Al Amir Bakery still fares well. To be fair it is hard to beat a place that makes deserts.
Even if you have had other ethnic foods or Middle Eastern foods before many of the foods at Al Amir Bakery you will not have had before. For the culinary adventurous getting to try something new is worth coming to Al Amir Bakery alone. Even if you are not adventurous then you still will enjoy Al Amir Bakery. One thing that Al Amir Bakery makes that is very popular and reasonably priced that many people will be familiar with is the pizza. The pizza here is not the standard pizza but a pita pizza. I have made my own pita pizza which I thought was my own invention so I was surprised to find others make it as well.
Besides the great little pita pizzas they also have other good foods such as kafta and sojouk. Pretty much lots of things you will never have heard of unless you are Middle Eastern they make here. One other thing that is great about Al Amir Bakery is that everything is baked in a traditional brick oven which adds to the flavor of the food.
Overall Al Amir Bakery is a nice surprise. If you are into trying new foods then you will love Al Amir Bakery. If you are looking for a new kind of pizza then you should try the pita pizzas at Al Amir Bakery. The prices are cheap and the food good at Al Amir Bakery in Anaheim's Little Arabia. The only bad thing about Al Amir Bakery is that it is not in the best part of town but most of Anaheim is not a good area.
