Al Gore and Wife Tipper Seperating After 40 Years: But Why?

Why After 40 Years Are They Leaving Each Other?

Looks like something warm and unhappy was going on in the Gore household. When Al Gore was criss crossing the globe preaching about Global warming, his own house was scorching hot, not of love though! Al Gore and wife Tipper are separating after 40 years of marriage.

According to Reuters,

"The Gores, in an e-mail message confirmed by their office, said the decision was made "after a great deal of thought and discussion."

"This is very much a mutual and mutually supportive decision that we have made together following a process of long and careful consideration," they said. "We ask for respect for our privacy and that of our family, and we do not intend to comment further."

But why now? Everything is just so perfect in their life. Al Gore has the Nobel Peace Prize, he could not become President of the United States but he is a bona fide world celebrity and hold immense influence. Tipper is successful in her own right, they just have it all. And now after 40 years they have decided to part ways.

Something lurking under the surface, possibly? Affairs?

No, no affair involved says The Associated Press,

"Former Vice President Al Gore and his wife, Tipper, are telling friends they "grew apart" after 40 years of marriage and there was no affair involved.

According to two long-time close associates and family friends, the Gores say they are separating amicably. Their decision came after a "long process of careful consideration," said one of the associates."

Well, after seeing so many "perfect" marriages fall apart, I sense something here. No matter how much they deny, something is going on and I am sure we will hear more soon. Al Gore and Tipper's separation has lot ore in it, and it will come out pretty soon.
