Yesterday I published the basic recipes for making all the states' muffins. Each muffin will be made using one of the basic recipes, plus added ingredients.

Peanut Butter Muffins
1 batch of Rich 'N' Sweet Muffin batter
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
Prepare muffin recipe as directed except cream together butter and peanut butter. Beat in sugar and proceed as directed. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen. 265 calories each.

Thanks, Mary. I don't know what's wrong with the link. You can get there by just clicking on my name and then when my page comes up, go down to the recipe and open it. Could I suggest, if you might be interested in these or future recipes, that you print off the basic recipes article and keep it handy? It's easier than having to read them from the screen, I think.
