Alice in Wonderland White Rabbit Costume Ideas for Halloween or Birthday Party

How to Make a White Rabbit Topper Hat

Besides The Mad Hatter and Alice in Alice In Wonderland The White rabbit is going to be extremely popular as well for Halloween, or Mad Hatter Birthday parties.

The white rabbit costume can be pink and white, white and red, all white or white and black checkered. The most important part of the costume is the face makeup and accessories such as the denim jean jacket, and the must have golden chain pocket watch.

In the movie the jacket the white rabbit is wearing has flower lace cuffs. No need to worry. You can use a dark blue jean jacket and then add your own lace to each cuff. The lace can be from a local fabric or craft store or from an old white lace shirt, table runner, or thin shower curtain.

The gold chain pocket watch can be found here for under $12.00. Make sure you wear it the right way, and help prevent the watch from falling out of your costume. I would place the watch inside a secure pocket, and make sure the chain part is secured tightly.

If you want your white rabbit costume to be unique, try adding a white rabbit topper hat. Match the hat with the rabbit's other accessories. For instance: If you go with an all white rabbit and denim blue jean jacket, make a top hat with ears, and a denim band and bow tie around the brim. Or wear a white denim jean jacket, add black and white checkered fabric to jacket, and brim of hat.

After you have purchased the top hat, fabric, and bunny ears you need to assemble the items into place on the hat. Wrap the fabric around the brim of the hat. Then place the bow tie in the middle of hat brim. Grab the ears and place each ear lined up with each side of the bow tie.

White rabbit makeup ideas can be simple or drastic. For someone who needs something quick I would go with painting the entire face white. Add pink lips, pink eyes with bright pink liner on top. Add a pink nose, some whiskers, and make the eyebrows pop out by making them dark. For a more drastic look add a rose pink eyeshadow or face paint heavy around the one eye to resemble pink eye like seen in the movie.

Also make sure the feet and hands are covered either with white gloves and fuzzy slippers, mittens, or white fur fabric.
